Admission Policy

Aim

To follow fair and open merit policy and procedure for admitting students to Crown Q courses, to train top of the line skilled manpower to serve in Pakistan and Abroad

Age / Qualification

An applicant must at least be Matric (with 50% aggregate) and 18 years of age or above, there is no upper age limit. For a few vocational programs, the age limit applied is 18 to 30 years

Language

Since our courses will be conducted in English, the students are expected to demonstrate ample knowledge in both spoken and written English.

Course commencement date

The schedule of the course will be specified in the offer letter.

Equal treatment

Students from all walks of life are welcomed and dealt with on equality. The admissions will be granted without any class and creed classification. The Crown Q Institution discourages any divide on an ethnic, linguistic religious, and political basis

Admission and entry

1) Admissions will be subject to the availability of a seat and satisfaction of the admission department that the applicant meets the admission requirements at the relevant time.
2) Admission is confirmed once the student accepts the offer and pays the fee for the course.
3) Entry occurs on the course start date.
4) Welcome Pack including Course Material & other educational kinds of stuff.
5) Registration Fees are Non-refundable.

Medical disability

The trainees must declare any medical disability before admission. The students handling /serving food items will be medically examined/tested and the expenditure therein will be borne by the students.

Changes to courses

All applicants will be notified in writing of any significant changes to courses at the earliest opportunity and will be advised about any further options available to them.

Cancellation of admission

A student may cancel his/her admission after selection, one week before the Orientation Date of the Course and in such a situation 100% Admission Fees refund (Subject to Approval) will be granted except Registration Fees.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel admission and forfeit fee/advance (if any) in case any student was found indulged in the use of Narcotics, Alcohol in any form, etc. while attending classes. The same action will be taken in the cases of sexual harassment and moral turpitude, keeping undesirable printing material and, violating the rules policies instructions issued by the Institute from time to time

Orientation day

All new students will attend a mandatory orientation day on the date specified for this purpose by the Institution.
